On the size chart where it has CM it refers to the CM that your child's foot measures and allows for around 1/2cm for room. Therefore if your child's foot measures 15.2cm the size 9 would be best. If your child's foot measures 15.7cm then the 9.5 would be best. Please don't hesitate in contacting us for measurements.
