Return postage to be paid by returning customer, unless item is faulty then postage refund will be issued. Where did you get that? reserves the right to refuse to exchange if items are not in original state. Returns should be within 14 days in original condition, clean, unworn, with all tags, in manufactures packaging or box (if present) with all accessories (extra buttons, laces etc). Exchanges can only occur if that item is in stock/or able to be restocked. Sale items are exempt from returns policy. Refusal to accept order when delivered resulting in return to Where Did You Get That? and therefore incurred return postage cost by frieght company (i.e Australia post etc) will result in charge being recouped from store credit. Please allow 2-4 weeks from receipt for returns to be processed. |
