How do I add to the shopping cart?
You can add to the shopping cart basket directly from the products thumbnail page or from the detailed page of a product. Next to the main image of every product there is a box titled "add to cart", within this box there will be a button which you can click on to add this item to the basket.

How do I check the shipping cost on my items?
First add the items to your cart you wish to find shipping costs for, then locate the shopping cart basket in one of the side columns of the online store. In this box you will see a link to "calculate shipping". We have e-parcel trackable flat rate standard shipping Australia wide for $8.95. E-parcel is a trackable service (each parcel has a unique number) with signature on delivery and delivery progress updates. If you wish to give authority to leave in a safe place you must mention in comments when ordering and you do so at your own risk. Where Did You Get That? will not be liable for missing parcels if you choose to have them left. Express shipping is available for most items at a flat rate. Some ofthe larger items will incur a further fee for express shipping. Due to the large size of Fruut Tree Storage System there is a separate Flat Rate Shipping Option at check out. Please select correct shipping option depending on items you are purchasing. International shipping please see conditions below. Fruut Tree and some larger items unable to be shipped internationally due to postage costs. From this page you can enter your country and postcode to calculate the shipping cost on the items in your cart. You can then decide whether to proceed and complete the purchase.

How do I know my order has been received?
Once an order is received to the site owners administration, you will receive an order confirmation email to the address you entered during the sites secure checkout. Please ensure your e-mail details are correct, and that your order e-mail is not in your 'junk mail'.

How do I track my order? Has it been shipped?
You can check the status of your order by clicking into the "Order Tracking" section via the link on the top menu navigation bar. If you choose standard shipping we cannot track your order through the postal service. Only registered and express shipping can be tracked and is dependant on Australia Post scanning trackable items.

How do I create an account?
In the side column of the online store you will see a members box. In this box you can click on the link to go to the secure log in or account creation page. Once you have created the account, you can use this for future purchases where the items you place in your basket will be remembered even if you leave this online store and come back later.
If you are a member with a discount for all purchases, you will need to log in first to ensure the discount is applied to your purchase.

Do you ship to my country?
We have been know to send orders to other countries including New Zealand, France and the USA. If you love something from our shop and are willing to pay the postage costs please contact us and we will obtain a postage quote for you. Postage charges cover the cost of packing materials and postage we do not make a profit out of postage. Genuine inquiries please. Postage costs are based on weight and destination. Please be aware you, the customer, are responsible for any import duties and/or any taxes your order may incur. Australia Post charges have recently increased (14/12/2010) all parcels to the US incur an extra $9 surcharge as charged by US customs for extra security measures in the US. Please note this is not a charge inforced by us or Australia post, it is charged by the US.
All other international orders start at about $25+ for up to 500gms. Again these are Australia Post charges. Unfortuantley this will make international post expensive.
WE WILL SHIP TO CANADA. However like all international orders now we will only ship international registered or express. This is for your protection as well as ours. The shipping charges are Australia Post charges we do not make a profit on shipping. If your shipping cost is more than you select at checkout as your order weighs more we will send a paypal payment request for cover extra charges.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if shipping costs are not met or we believe fraudulent activity is afoot.
WE ARE NOW SHIPPING TO NEW ZEALAND
You can place your order and select the New Zealand shipping quote shipping option in the shipping section at check out. You can either select the direct deposit payment option or paypal. If you select the direct deposit option we will let you know how much postage is and then send you a paypal payment request for the total of your order. You can also choose to pay by paypal and we can then just send you a paypal payment request for the shipping charge. Please be aware you, the customer, are responsible for any import duties and/or any taxes your order may incur. There are also options to ship to other international locations and you will see these in checkout. If you select a shipping cost that does not cover your order we will contact you and inform you of extra cost. We will not ship item unless accurate shipping costs are paid for.
Registered international shipping charges to New Zealand will be based on weight and destination. As a guide shipping charges will be as follows up to 500gms $17.90 AUD, 501gms to 750gms $22.50 AUD, over 750 up to 1000gms $26.30 between 1kg and 1.250kgs $30.50, over 1.250 kgms and up to 1.500 kgms $34.70, 1.500kgms and up to 1.750 gms $38.10 AUD, over 1.750 and up to 2.000kmgs $43.10. Anything over the 2kg will require another quote. If you require registered or express this will be additional and will require a quote. Please note this is only a guide and each order is individual. What are my payment choices?

Direct Deposit EFT can take upto 3 days to clear. Please make transfer as soon as you order as this will result in quick order completion and shipping time. Reminders are sent after 3 days and orders will be cancelled after 5 days.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice
All orders receive a invoice via e-mail shortly (usually within a few minutes) following completion of placing an order. Please ensure that your e-mail details are correct, if you have not received an e-mail with your order details it could be in your 'junk mail' or incorrect e-mail details entered when ordering. If your invoice receipt has not been received, please contact the site owner via the "contact us" page to have one sent directly to you. If you have placed an order and not received an invoice we have received your order and are waiting for payment to be completed.

When will my credit card be charged?
If paying by paypal/credit card you will be directed to the paypal website to complete payment from checkout. You can use either your paypal account or your credit card you do not need a paypal account to use your credit card with this option. Paypal is a third party payment option which allows you to pay for your goods. We do not obtain or receive any of your details through this, we only receive confirmation from paypal that payment has been received. If your paypal payment is not accepted or completed or has been declined your order has still been processed and we are waiting for completed payment. Sometimes when payment not completed the direct deposit option can be selected as default you can therefore pay by direct deposit and our banking details are on your invoice. If unsure please check your paypal account or credit card to ensure payment has been made to ensure speedy completion and postage of order. If you wish you can always change payment option just contact us.
